Total treatment time is typically 18 to 24 months — but it helps to understand what that includes. Active aligner wear is usually around 6 months, depending on your case. After that, there’s a non-negotiable 12 months of passive retainer wear. This retention phase is just as important as the active phase — it’s what ensures your results last. Your digital treatment simulation will give you a more specific projection at your planning appointment.
Treatment begins with a $1,250 initial investment. The remaining balance is split across the length of your treatment, ranging from a couple hundred dollars a month up to $800–$900 depending on treatment length. We’ll walk through the full breakdown at your consultation.
